How to co-mentor with a partner

  1. Go to the Mentorship Panel on the left-hand side Navigation Bar.
  2. Go through the flow for why you want to become a co-mentor and your philosophy.
  3. Choose from one of the recommended matches, or type in the name of someone you want to co-mentor.
  4. If they accept your request, you will become their co-mentor, and the relationship will move forward.
