How to become a mentor

  1. Go to the Mentorship Panel on the left-hand side Navigation Bar.
  2. Go through the flow for why you want to become a mentor and your philosophy.
  3. Choose from one of the recommended matches, or type in the name of someone you want to mentor.
  4. If they accept your request, you will become their mentor, and the relationship will move forward.
