Accepting a referral – Metwork

If you receive a referral from someone else, you will see the notification bell at the top of your screen with a number next to it, if you click on the Bell, you will see the notification for the referral, and select the notification to go to the Referral Panel.
You have an option to accept a referral given to you by another user, or send a message to discuss the referral.
When you accept, a team based on the case and client data will automatically be created, and you can then edit your team through the Teams Panel.
