Changing status of teams, how to close/resolve teams

  1. Go to the Teams Panel from the left-hand side Navigation Bar. 
  2. Click View Team.
  3. Underneath the name of the team is a button called Status. Select this button and choose the words that describe the state the case currently is in.
  4. If you choose Settled, you will be taken to a flow where you will have a chance to give feedback on the case as well as on the members of your team.
