What are these scores? – Metwork

The scores on both your Dashboard and Profile page, are divided into 3 sections.
1. Your "Inclusion Score" is based on your network and how varied it is in regard to experience, fields of law, locations, backgrounds, etc. The higher the score, the more diverse your network is and the more options you have at your disposal.
2. Your "Feedback Rating" is a combination of feedback scores given to you directly and as part of teams. (Note that all feedback scores are anonymous to prevent any retaliation based on poor feedback.)
3. Your "Case Success Score" is based on your results garnered from previous team/case results inside Metwork, with a higher score from more difficult cases and higher than expected results.
